Villa Young is frequently rented by groups of young people, for private parties, as well as groups of young families with children.

On the ground floor, there is an 80 sqm living room with a fireplace, a bathroom and a 40 sqm patio-courtyard.

On the first floor and attic there are two Twin Standard rooms and two Double Deluxe rooms, each with its own bathroom, smart TV, minibar and balcony.

It is only rented in full.
